Complex, a leading platform for youth culture and music lifestyle, seeks an Account Director with Online Video media background in Chicago. You will drive revenue, maintain product knowledge, and close new business while coordinating with internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

You will leverage 5+ years in FAST/CTV and digital media to deliver data-driven marketing objectives, build client relationships, and report progress weekly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct Online Video (FAST/CTV) advertising sales experience.
• 5+ years of digital media experience.
• Strong relationships with Chicago based media agencies and client-side teams.
• Experience using data backed insights to deliver client marketing objectives.
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business and growing and retaining existing business.
• Well-organized, with strict attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

$250,000 - $320,000 a year

The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
