- 5+ years direct Online Video (FAST/CTV) advertising sales experience.
- 5+ years of digital media experience.
- Strong relationships with Chicago based media agencies and client-side teams.
- Experience using data-backed insights to deliver client marketing objectives.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed revenue goals on a quarterly/annual basis.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Complex's advertising products and solutions.
- Prospect and close new account business and grow existing accounts.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure programs are executed end-to-end.
- Create and deliver weekly sales reports to management.
