In this role, you will serve as the primary point of connection between the customer and Hitachi Energy, coordinating resources across multiple business units to deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with utility executives, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business priorities, identify opportunities, and support the successful delivery of solutions that improve grid reliability, operational performance, and long-term infrastructure planning. This position combines strategic account management, customer relationship development, commercial leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help shape account strategies, support complex negotiations, manage critical customer issues, and facilitate collaboration among technical, project, and business teams.
