AZIONE is seeking an Account Director to lead Influencer and VIP work across fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands in New York City. This culture-driving, relationship-led role requires deep ties to influencers, celebrities, stylists, managers, and publicists, translating relationships into scalable brand moments.

You will own strategy, execution, and outcomes, building full-funnel influencer programs from organic seeding to paid partnerships and performance-based affiliate activity.

Qualifications

6+ years experience across influencer, VIP, or talent.
Proven ability to execute across micro → mega influencers and organic + paid + affiliate programs.
Active relationships with celebrity stylists and talent managers.

Responsibilities

Lead Influencer/VIP workstreams, owning strategy, execution, and outcomes.
Translate business goals into culturally relevant partnerships.
Drive organic growth opportunities and scale programs.
Oversee end-to-end influencer and talent campaigns with sourcing, contracting, direction, and optimization.
Identify and secure high-impact talent partnerships (earned + paid).
