Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a seasoned facilities manager to lead day-to-day account operations across multiple sites. You will develop client relationships, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and drive performance improvements to meet service levels.

You will work with site managers and the Account Director to leverage vendor programs, conduct audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver cost savings while fostering teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of facilities management or janitorial operations experience, including management of multi-site operations.
• Experience managing service contracts, SLAs, budgets, and large teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for accounts and manage client relationships to meet service levels.
• Oversee contracts, budgets, and financial targets across sites.
