Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive point of contact for the client, maintaining trust-based relationships.
• Own P&L performance, ensuring financial targets and margin expectations are met.
• Provide strategic direction for Facility Management service delivery across sites and regions.
• Lead governance, including executive reviews and performance reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities, including scope expansion and value-added services.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable Facility Management solution.
