Job summary

Digital is seeking an experienced Account Director / Client Services & Delivery Lead to thrive in a fast-moving agency environment. You will act as the primary strategic partner to key clients, leading delivery across multiple accounts and ensuring projects are properly scoped and executed to the highest standards.

You will coordinate teams across Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Design, Email & CRM, while driving operational excellence and commercial growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5–10+ years in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
• Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market client accounts.
• Experience leading cross-functional digital teams.
• Strong project and delivery management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Comfortable discussing SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Web Development, Email Marketing and Analytics.
• Experience with PM platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira).
• Ability to work during US Central Time business hours.
