Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Territory Sales Representative to grow our spirits portfolio across Monterey County, including Watsonville, Salinas, and Hollister. This role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as you visit on-premise and off-premise accounts.

You will collaborate with suppliers, execute business plans, and drive distribution while earning incentives, comprehensive health benefits, and PTO with a stable, family-owned company backed by 50

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–4+ years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 6–7+ years of specific experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance with at least the minimum state required coverage levels.

Responsabilités

• Drives sales in the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Achieves sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and company initiatives.
• Increases core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year in the assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Collaborates with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicated.
• Functions as a spirits expert in creating programs, education and training for the market, coordinating with supplier leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Drives the success of the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts
• Accomplish sales and distribution goals by executing the monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and company initiatives
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year in assigned geography
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers
• Work with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicated
• Function as a spirits expert in creating spirits programs, education and training for assigned market and interact with supplier leadership to prioritize and troubleshoot market activities
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 4 plus years of related experience, or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 6 to 7 plus years of specific experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance with at least the minimum state required coverage levels
