Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based outside sales professional to cover the Richmond to Berkeley territory in California. The role focuses on growing market share for a world-class spirits portfolio, building strong relationships with on‑premise and off‑premise accounts, and executing commercial plans.

The position offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday with start time flexibility, competitive pay with incentives, 401(k) match, full health benefits, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3–4+ years of related experience, or HS diploma with 6–7+ years of experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on‑premise and off‑premise accounts.
• Achieve sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and company initiatives.
• Increase core brand distribution beyond baseline in the assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Collaborate with account reps to align priorities and customer needs.
• Act as a spirits expert to create programs, education, and training for the market.

  Position Responsibilities:

• D rives the success of the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on‑premise and off‑premise accounts

• Accomplish sales and distribution goals by executing the monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and company initiatives

• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year in assigned geography

• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers

• Work with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicated

• Function as a spirits expert in creating spirits programs, education and training for assigned market and i nteract with supplier leadership to prioritize and troubleshoot market activities

• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 4 plus years of related experience , or High School D iploma /General Education Diploma and 6 to 7 plus years of specific experienc e

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance with at least the minimum state required coverage levels
