Job description

As an Account Development Manager, you will grow new sales through assigned PPC Paints stores, focusing on expanding both existing business year-over-year and developing new accounts.


You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work remotely/on the field based in the Killeen, TX area.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop relationships and provide outstanding customer service to existing customer accounts and new accounts with growth potential within the assigned territory.
  2. Keep clients informed about current promotions, new products, and customer service practices to identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Develop account planning strategies, identify sales opportunities, and understand existing business segments.
  4. Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage accounts, maintain call logs and contact information, and generate reports.
  5. Collaborate with store managers and employees to meet customer needs.
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Sales experience, preferably outside sales with a hunter's mentality.
  • CRM software experience preferred; coatings experience is a plus.
  • Daily travel within the assigned territory; valid driver's license required.
