Job summary

Philip Snodgrass - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers’ lives.

You will develop leads, establish relationships, and provide prompt, friendly customer service, handling inquiries about policy details, changes, and billing as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside/inside) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
