Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking an administrative support professional to assist in clinical research studies in Wisconsin. You will coordinate patient visits, organize charts, collect data, and enter information into our databases under supervision.

Responsibilities include handling stipends, preparing letters for participants, and providing clerical support to nurses and investigators. CITI training within 90 days of hire is required; high school diploma and 1 year of

• Data utilization, complex problem solving, critical thinking, resource management, and writing skills.

• Verify accuracy of bills and stipends.
• Generate letters to be sent to study participants.
• Assist in enrolling patients in educational and social intervention research studies.
• Contact patients as required after initial contact to obtain additional information.
• Provide general clerical support to nurses and investigators.
• Order and maintain log of stipend checks and/or gift certificates to be distributed to study participants.
• Compile outreach packets, recruitment and specimen collection kits.
• Other duties as assigned.
