Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking an Account Coordinator, Repo to support our nationwide vehicle transition services. You will provide outstanding customer service to clients, recovery vendors, and customers, while coordinating with internal teams to keep accounts on track.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, researching issues, and processing recoveries. You will collaborate across systems, Google apps, and third-party tools to ensure accurate, timely updates and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Experience in customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service and telephone support.
• Identify issues, facilitate solutions, and escalate as needed.
• Review recoveries and process client requests related to recovery operations.
• Act as liaison between client and recovery agent.
• Utilize multiple computer systems and Google applications to perform daily tasks.
