Job summary

OPENLANE, headquartered in Carmel, IN, seeks an Account Coordinator, Repo to develop and maintain strong customer service while supporting PAR North America’s recovery operations. You’ll handle recoveries, liaise with clients and vendors, and help ensure timely actions across multiple systems.

Responsibilities include researching issues, documenting resolutions, and coordinating with recovery agents to protect vehicle liens. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service and telephone support.
• Identify issues, facilitate solutions, escalate as needed and follow up.
• Review and manually report all incoming recoveries in the internal queue.
• Follow up on fee approvals with clients for recovery vendors to start accounts.
• Follow up on voluntary assignments to ensure required documentation is complete.
• Verify lien status with clients to avoid wrongful repossessions.
• Review and process recoveries and respond to client requests.
• Monitor queues and act as liaison between client and recovery agent.
• Utilize multiple computer systems and Google applications.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity; perform other duties as directed.
