ProMedia, a dynamic and fast-paced Direct Response advertising agency in Miami, FL, is offering an exciting opportunity for an entry-level to junior-level candidate to join our high-performing team as an Account Coordinator.

The Account Coordinator position will support Account Managers, Senior Vice President and Executive Management, with a variety of accounts/client-related tasks and projects.This position will provide exposure and training to the elements of direct response media strategy, campaign planning, creative production and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Account Coordinator, you will support the team and directly contribute to the success of client campaigns by managing key details and ensuring seamless execution. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Client Account Management: Work with the team to manage client communications, deliverables, and account service. Proactively keep clients informed and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to meet client objectives and help drive results. Take on additional responsibilities as needed and be ready to contribute where necessary.
  • Project Management: Monitor estimates and timelines to ensure they align with client expectations.
  • Client Communications: Draft and manage documents such as meeting agendas, proposals, reports, and other important client communications.
