We are seeking an Account Coordinator to perform account management, data analytics, inventory, and accounts receivable analysis, collaborating with sales and supply chain to launch and maintain customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in an account support role with a customer-centric mindset.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all accounts and process customer orders.
• Review, track, and manage activities from order placement through delivery.
• Serve as project manager for new customer launches and coordinate with sales and supply chain.
• Process customer invoices and conduct soft collections when needed.
• Maintain CRM data and prepare relevant reports.
