Job summary

Great Northern Corporation in Appleton, WI is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage all workflow from estimates to finished products, coordinating between customers, design, production, and sales to ensure accurate, timely orders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university, or two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or printing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide communication links between the customer, design, production, sales, and outside vendors.
• Manage all aspects of customer orders; including, but not limited to estimating, quoting, purchasing, order entry, building relationships, invoicing, managing inventory levels, and job costing
• This position does provide coverage for the Receptionist when on vacation or work breaks.
• Other duties, as assigned.
