M Booth in Colorado is seeking an Account Coordinator to support two leading consumer brands through integrated PR campaigns, earned media, and influencer activations. You will help keep timelines on track, manage media lists, and assist with events and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience (internships included).
• Polished in-person and virtual presence and confident voice.
• Positive, proactive, and flexible mindset.
• A natural interest in consumer culture, social platforms/trends, and how brands participate in cultural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Support two leading consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns that include earned media, influencer, and creative activations.
• Build and maintain media lists using industry tools and craft pitches, conduct outreach, and secure coverage.
• Coordinate media product requests and sendouts.
• Build curated influencer rosters aligned with campaign objectives, themes, and target audiences; track deliverables and metrics.
• Manage account organization, client folders, brand assets, media trackers, and shared drives; support events and program elements.
• Proactively communicate project status, progress, roadblocks, and capacity with managers and team leads.
