Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking an Account Coordinator in Dallas, TX to grow our client base through proactive outreach and tailored financial solutions. You will reach out to potential clients, understand their goals, and guide them toward suitable offerings.

You will manage leads in the CRM, qualify opportunities, support onboarding, and ensure a smooth handoff to service teams while maintaining accurate activity tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or client outreach is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
• High school diploma or college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant services
• Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendations
• Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teams
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRM
