Job summary

Nuvant is seeking a Virtual Account Representative in the United States to be a friendly first point of contact for prospective clients, introduce our financial solutions, and guide them toward the next step.

You will initiate outbound outreach, respond promptly to inquiries, uncover client needs, clearly explain services, and coordinate follow-up with the right team, all from a remote home-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Organized and capable of working from home.
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential clients.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and guide clients through initial questions.
• Engage in conversations to uncover client needs and goals.
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps.
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right team members.
