Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks an Account Coordinator to support account managers and customers from order through delivery at our Hazlet, NJ site. You will manage pricing, forecasts, quotations, product documentation, and samples, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in customer accounts or sales support within manufacturing or B2B environments. Onsite work, standard hours, and potential OT may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supporting customer accounts, forecasting, pricing/quotations, and cross-functional coordination in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience supporting customer accounts, sales operations, customer service, or account management in a manufacturing, ingredient, chemical, or B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support partner to Account Managers and customers, ensuring seamless order management, communication, and service delivery.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Operations teams to support customer needs.
• Monitor sales activity and forecasting reports, investigating discrepancies and supporting sales growth.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Ensure compliance with customer contracts and service requirements.
• Participate in customer meetings and track KPIs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Yoh has an immediate, 12-monthcontract opportunity, as an Account Coordinator within the SpecialityMaterials & Chemical Manufacturing industryto join ourclient, OnSite, attheir officein Hazlet, New Jersey

• $25/hr. maximum hourly rate
• 8AM-5PM, Mon-Friday, OT as necessary
• Must have experience supporting customer accounts, forecasting, pricing/quotations, and cross-functional coordination in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance of Hazlet, NJ and be available to work onsite. Relocation candidates will not be considered for this opportunit y

**Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983**

What You Will Be Doing

Who You Are

• HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
• 3+ years of experience supporting customer accounts, sales operations, customer service, or account management in a manufacturing, ingredient, chemical, or B2B environment.
• Experience with forecasting, pricing, quotations, order management, and sales support activities.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments, including Customer Service, Operations, Planning, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Strong customer relationship management skills, including resolving customer issues, complaints, and service-related escalations.
• Experience managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review sales reports, monitor forecasts, and identify discrepancies.
