What We Need:

We’re seeking a skilled Account Coordinator to act as an extension of our sales team.

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
  1. Data Entry of all ordered deals into Katz systems
  2. Maintain schedule changes, both internal and external, including follow-up with agencies/clients
  3. Monitor all deals to ensure KPIs are achieved as well as schedule accuracy including deal liability
  4. Timely distribution of advertiser deliverables and requests
  5. Ensure Product/Brand allocations are completed in a timely manner
  6. Collaborate with Account Manager (AM) on reviewing inventory, pricing and go to market sales opportunities
  7. Support the Account Manager with pricing, billing, and invoicing tasks
  8. Communicate daily with team to resolve any traffic/tag issues
  9. Reconcile discrepancies
  10. Assist Account Manager with tracking and evaluating partner performance, deliverables and troubleshooting
  11. Support the planner team to ensure all account needs and tasks are completed
What You'll Need:
Basic Qualifications:
  1. College Degree
  2. PC Savvy: Expertise in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  3. Great personality and sense of humor
  4. Strong work ethic
  5. Attention to detail
  6. Determination and drive to develop your career
  7. Google Suite of Product, Including Data Studio, Analytics, DV

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

$21.98 - $27.47
