Ascend is seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Coordinator to support daily sales operations. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and ensuring operational efficiency. A top-tier Account Coordinator will possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Location: This role is remote with initial training at our Franklin, NJ facility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage administrative duties related to inventory from Franklin, NJ.
  2. Oversee Leaf Trade marketplace operations.
  3. Prepare and distribute bi-weekly menus to internal buyers.
  4. Coordinate inventory allocations with Wholesale teams.
  5. Assist Finance with Demand planning for current and future store needs.
  6. Place orders for internal stores via Leaf Trade.
  7. Adjust invoices for rejected or missing products at delivery.
  8. Establish delivery schedules in agreement with retail and operations.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal product needs and marketing support.
  10. Coordinate the sending of samples and promotional products to retail stores.
  11. Act as a communication link between internal departments and retail outlets.
  12. Perform other tasks as the business evolves.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a cannabis dispensary.
  2. Experience with Leaf Trade, Metrc, and other inventory management software preferred.
  3. Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
  4. Strong organizational and people management skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  7. Proficiency in Excel.
  8. Attention to detail.
