Job description

Ascend is looking for an experienced Wholesale Account Coordinator to assist in managing daily sales operations. To be successful in this role you should be committed to improving customer experiences and able to ensure operational efficiency. Ultimately, a top-notch Account Coordinator will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Location: This position is remote with initial training in our Franklin, NJ facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads administrative responsibilities for the inventory coming out of Franklin, NJ.
  • Leaf Trade marketplace owner.
  • Prepare and send menus bi-weekly to internal buyers.
  • Coordinate inventory allocations with Wholesale teams.
  • Assist Finance on Demand plan for internal stores current and future state.
  • Assist in placing orders for our internal stores in Leaf Trade.
  • Adjust invoices when product is rejected or missing at delivery.
  • Set up delivery schedule that is agreed upon by retail and operations.
  • Direct POC for internal product needs and marketing support.
  • Coordinate sample and promotional products that need to be sent to our retail stores.
  • Communication conduit between internal departments and internal retail outlets.
  • Other tasks as business organically evolves.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience or experience in a cannabis dispensary preferred.
  • Experience with Leaf Trade, Metrc, and other inventory management software preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
  • Strong people management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
