Job description

We're looking for a natural communicator who thrives on keeping clients informed, connected, and happy. You'll be the main point of contact for day‑to‑day client interactions—translating between what clients need and what our team delivers, keeping conversations flowing, and making sure everyone stays on the same page.

This is a relationship‑focused role. You'll spend your day talking to clients, updating them on progress, gathering feedback, and making sure they always know what's happening with their work.

What You’ll Handle
Client Communication & Relationship Management
  • Be the primary contact for routine client conversations—emails, calls, questions, and updates
  • Keep clients in the loop on project progress and timeline changes
  • Translate client feedback to our Director of Ops and communicate our recommendations back to clients
  • Build trust and rapport so clients feel taken care of
Client Meeting Facilitation
  • Lead regular check‑in calls with clients to discuss project status and gather feedback
  • Prepare for meetings by coordinating with our Client Operations Coordinator
  • Explain the purpose and strategy behind each project in plain language with the help of our VP of Client Strategy
  • Listen closely to what clients are saying about their business and needs
  • Keep meetings productive and on track
Communication Triage & Coordination
  • Be the first responder to incoming client requests and questions
  • Handle straightforward communications yourself and elevate strategic conversations to VP of Client Strategy
  • Make sure the right information gets to the right people on our team
  • Protect our strategist's focus time by managing the steady stream of client communication
  • Package completed work and walk clients through what we're doing and why
  • Coordinate file deliveries and explain next steps
  • Follow up to make sure clients received everything and answer any questions
Deliverable Handoffs
  • Package completed work and walk clients through what we're doing and why
  • Coordinate file deliveries and explain next steps
  • Follow up to make sure clients received everything and answer any questions

Location: Remote

Reports to: VP of Client Strategy

Where This Role Can Take You

This is a communication‑intensive role that teaches you how client relationships really work. You'll learn how to manage expectations, feedback, and communicate strategy by working alongside experienced account and production leads. As you develop your strategic communication skills, you can naturally grow into more senior responsibilities.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Love talking to people and building relationships
  • Communicate clearly in writing and in meetings
  • Can read between the lines and understand what clients really need
  • Stay calm and professional when managing multiple conversations at once
  • Enjoy being the person clients trust and turn to
  • Have good instincts about when to handle something yourself vs. when to bring in someone else
  • Bonus points if you have experience in marketing or account management —but it's not required. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in client relationships matter most.
