Responsibilities

• Execute activities related to the creation of new customers and products within the corresponding platforms and systems.
• Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and production departments to ensure product availability and delivery timelines.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, including delays or changes, with timely updates.
• Prepare and analyze regular reports regarding order status, inventory performance, and other metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies throughout order management.
• Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

Salary: $20 per hour
