Job summary

You’ll earn a base pay of $20/hour, with earnings capped by milestones and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic proficiency with email, chat systems, online forms, and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and own relationships with customers.
• Provide proactive and timely resolutions for inquiries.
