Job summary

Hannah Hoskins State Farm is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments to ensure smooth service.

As a sociable, sales-minded professional, you will proactively market relevant products and services and coordinate with underwriters to help timely policy issuance while building long-term community relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.

We've been proudly serving the community for 9 years and currently have a team of 10. I began my career with State Farm as a team member and spent six years in that role before opening my own agency.

I’m a graduate of University of Kentucky, married, and a proud parent to a two-year-old son.
