RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate New Business Prospect through outbound calls, follow-up, referrals, and other agency-provided opportunities to identify and develop new customers.
• Conduct Needs-Based Conversations Learn to identify customer needs, explain available insurance options, prepare quotes, and recommend appropriate Auto, Fire, Life, and Health solutions.
• Manage Your Sales Pipeline Maintain consistent prospecting and follow-up activity, track opportunities, and build a pipeline of future business.
• Build Customer Relationships Deliver a professional customer experience, develop strong relationships, and identify opportunities for referrals, cross-selling, and long-term retention.
• Develop as an Insurance Professional Participate in ongoing coaching, role-play, product training, and sales development while demonstrating increasing independence, confidence, and product knowledge.

• Licensing No insurance experience or license required. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain required insurance licensing. Licensing reimbursement is available according to agency guidelines.
