Christopher Alfaro - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and customers’ success. You’ll help grow the office through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You’ll promote relevant products and services, assist with policy changes and claims, coordinate with underwriters for timely policy issuance, and deliver friendly, professional service to clients in a fast-paced environment.

I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service and agency operations. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
