Job summary

Brenda Wagner - State Farm Agent in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations, grow the agency through strong customer relations, and act as a liaison between client needs and agency departments.

You will manage customer accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, coordinate with underwriters, and promote relevant products and services to improve lives in the community. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
