Job summary

Kevin Kelly - State Farm Agent seeks an Account Associate to support daily operations and serve customers with insurance and financial services. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

As a sales-minded, detail‑oriented professional, you will help update customer accounts, process policy changes, assist with claims, and coordinate with underwriters to issue policies in a timely manner.

I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I spent three years working for another State Farm agent, which gave me a strong understanding of the business and what it takes to build a successful office. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending weekends watching sports. I’m also a parent to two kids, ages 8 and 6, so maintaining balance between work and family is something I truly value.
