Jamie Mcbeth - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations, strengthen customer relationships, and serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will grow the office by proactively marketing relevant products and services, update customer accounts, assist with policy changes and inquiries, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
