• Insurance experience or related field is preferred; licensing required upon hiring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.

• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
