Job summary

Covered Holdings in Las Vegas is seeking an Entry-Level Collections Representative (Pre-30 Day) to start a career in auto finance. This on-site, in-office role offers a base pay of $15/hour with a monthly bonus up to $1,000 and additional incentives.

You will make outbound calls to accounts 1–30 days past due, negotiate payment arrangements, and assist customers with solutions. Growth opportunities include promotions within 6 months and a long-term career path.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or higher preferred.
• Type at least 35 WPM.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not required.
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred.

The Pre-30 day collector is a customer service-oriented position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with making outbound calls using an auto dialer to collect on accounts that are 1-30 days past due. Answer inbound customer service and collection calls. This position requires the candidate to have good negotiation and listening skills. The Pre-30 day collector is able to effectively use good judgment based on their past experience to make suitable and timely payment plans with our customers. The employee will perform all duties in accordance to Westlake’s policies, procedures and compliance.
