Jamie Daugherty State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Associate to join its Marion, VA team. You will grow the agency by building meaningful client relations and serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will promote insurance products, provide excellent service, and contribute to community growth. This full-time role offers a base salary with commission/bonus potential and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside) preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and able to anticipate customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries on insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and trust.
