Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) seeks an Accounting Assistant/Payable to manage selected accounting tasks, code invoices, prepare journal entries, and assist with bank reconciliations for our network of clinics. You will work closely with the Accounting Supervisor, prepare monthly reports, year-end analyses, and coordinate with the Purchasing Department.

The Accounting Assistant/Payable position is responsible for performing selected accounting functions; assists of accounting professionals as appropriate; prepares reports, spread sheet and journal entries; performs bank reconciliations; verifies deposit information; prepares account analyses for year-end reporting; and performs other accounting duties.
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.
Equivalent to a four year college degree.
