Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, program or product management, manufacturing, logistics, or product development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead work in a cross-functional environment and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution across key accessory supply chain areas, including manufacturing and warehouse operations, supply chain systems and processes, launch execution and scheduling, and material management.
• Establish team priorities, coordinate workload, and ensure critical deliverables are completed on time and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members by providing clear expectations, constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and opportunities for growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying root causes, developing creative solutions, and resolving complex supply chain issues.
• Represent the accessory supply chain team in cross-functional meetings and communicate risks, decisions, action plans, and status to all levels of the organization and to suppliers.
