• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory involvement.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow Up—Build lasting relationships to drive predictable business using the 2-2-2 Method, Nordy Club enrollment, and Personal Book.
