• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory participation.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for the team, communicate openly, and help the department stay productive.
