Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in automotive accessory installation is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and electrical wiring.
• Ability to read and follow installation instructions and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various physical positions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install automotive accessories according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner and meet safety guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure that all installations are functioning correctly and meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure accurate and efficient installation processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns regarding installations.
• Keep detailed records of installations and inventory used.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive accessories and installation techniques.
