Vallourec - North America is seeking a dedicated Accessories Department Manager to oversee accessory production and ensure operational efficiency. This strategic role involves managing personnel and implementing quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong supervisory background in manufacturing, ideally with experience in metalworking. They will be instrumental in ensuring safety and efficiency within the department and will benefit from a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production control, engineering or quality.
• 5+ years of direct metalworking shop experience or engineering in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage accessory production within company goals and standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize resource efficiency.
• Implement and carry out the Company's safety activities.
