Free People is seeking a Buyer for Accessories to craft a timely and exciting product assortment across retail, direct, and wholesale channels. You will drive trend, manage OTB, and collaborate with design, production, and planning to maximize sales and profit.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team to exceed sales and profit plan for retail, direct and wholesale.
• Collaborating with design, production, merchandising, planning, allocation and sales.
• Partnering with planning to optimize buys and in-stock positioning.
• Translating topline insights into actionable plans for directors.
• Maximizing efficiency of retail calendar for multiple channels.
• Coaching and developing the buying team.
• Guiding decisions to meet customer, competition and opportunity needs.
• Overseeing OTB, IMU, MD, closeouts, inventory and receipts.
• Partnering with design/production to exceed brand quality expectations.
• Aligning assortments with store/wholesale customers' needs.
• Analyzing mix of private label, wholesale, and market assortments.
