Job summary

FP Movement is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead our growing movement accessories assortment across retail, direct and wholesale, aiming to meet or exceed sales and profit targets. You will help shape concept, creation and trend evolution for the category.

You will lead a buying team, partner with design/production, planning and sales, and optimize in-stock positioning and calendar efficiency to maximize opportunities across channels.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team to exceed sales and profit plans for retail, direct and wholesale.
• Collaborating with design, production, merchandising, planning, allocation and sales.
• Partnering with planning to optimize buys and in-stock positioning for key items.
• Distilling topline selling takeaways to senior leadership with action plans.
• Managing the retail/wholesale calendar to maximize efficiency and timing.
• Coaching and developing the buying team.
• Driving customer, competition insights to grow the business.
• Overseeing OTB, IMU, MD, closeouts, inventory and receipt planning.
• Partnering with design/production to exceed brand quality expectations.
• Developing assortments for store, wholesale and ecommerce channels.
