Anthropologie is seeking a Senior Buyer of Accessories to curate a bold, commercially relevant assortment, balancing creative vision with analytical rigor to anticipate customer needs.

You will own the Open-to-Buy strategy, partner with Design and Sourcing to deliver premium products, negotiate with global suppliers for exclusive terms, and mentor a team of Assistant/Associate Buyers to drive growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a high-volume buying role.
• Ability to translate micro-trends into must-have products.
• Comfort with IMU%, GM%, sell-through, and WOS.
• Owner mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Clear communication with senior leadership across departments.

Responsibilities

• Visionary Assortment Strategy: Architect a balanced product mix aligned with brand.
• Strategic Business Ownership: Proactively manage the Open-to-Buy (OTB) and make data-driven decisions.
• Product Innovation: Partner with Design and Sourcing to realize creative vision.
• Vendor & Relationship Mastery: Build and negotiate with global suppliers for exclusivity and favorable terms.
