Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in general laboratory operations.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a lab setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred; 2 years leadership in high-volume reference lab is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accessioning Supervisors and manage case workflow activities.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, calibrations, and SOPs across Accessioning.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure accurate record keeping in LIS.
• Resolve employee relations issues in partnership with HR and escalate as needed.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with Customer Support, Supply Chain, and other departments.
