Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in general laboratory operations.
• 1 year of leadership experience in a laboratory setting.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Accessioning Supervisors and case workflow activities.
• Adhere to QA/QC policies; document calibrations and maintenance.
• Track performance metrics and ensure adequate inventories.
• Resolve employee relations issues with HR; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Supply Chain, and other teams to optimize flow.
• Lead pre-analytic improvement projects and change controls.
