Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitution allowed with related experience.
• Experience proctoring accommodated tests in higher education preferred.
• Experience using AIM for test management and captioning is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing accommodations and space for accommodated exams.
• Administer exams following security and accommodation standards.
• Manage closed-captioning workflow and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Develop and improve testing procedures and resources for staff and students.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
