Job summary

The Accessible Testing Facilitator at the University of Colorado Anschutz, Office of Disability, Access, and Inclusion, coordinates approved testing accommodations and proctoring for exams. You will support captioning, testing procedures, and accessibility resources under guidance from the Assistant Director and Testing Coordinator.

Based onsite in Aurora, CO, this term-limited role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a focus on ADA compliance to ensure equitable access for all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitution allowed with related experience.
• Experience proctoring accommodated tests in higher education.
• Experience using AIM for test management.
• Experience developing accessible documentation or instructional resources.
• Experience providing disabilities resources or services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and ensure proper implementation of testing accommodations.
• Coordinate testing space, scheduling, and proctor assignments.
• Administer exams according to standards and security protocols.
• Manage captioning workflows and accessibility support.
• Develop proctoring manuals and guidance documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
