Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 0+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing and maintaining information in databases or data management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Class E driver's license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process test requests in the SAS database with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate testing logistics for final exams.
• Maintain and communicate testing information to students and faculty.
• Support front desk operations, including answering phones and greeting guests.
• Collaborate with the SAS team to ensure smooth testing operations.
